Mom's and Dad's Divorce by Tim J BonoDon't dance around the facts with me.
Don't juggle me like a game.
Things will never be the same.
29 years down the drain
to the faithfully departed...
It's dark, and it rains
the trees roll and scream in pain
lighting cracks; one splits
and they fall their separate ways...
(Dichotomy is the rolling of a one-sided die,
and the inevitability of flames) 04/01/2002 Posted on 04/01/2002 Copyright © 2025 Tim J Bono

| Posted by Lizz Scott on 12/16/02 at 10:19 PM It's sad when something you think it beautiful dies. I liked the metaphor with the trees. Nicely done!! |

It makes me wonder sometimes....and think perhaps it did have something to do with shaky foundations...later on.. aloha..;-) |
