'I am more aware, more in control when I am awake' my dear friend said in response to my query as regards her sleep.

Yes, I thought, but how would the 'sleep walkers' realize that they are asleep, controlled by the laws.

The more we are aware, the more we realize our sleepy state of being, the more we are in control.
