The Journal of Ashok Sharda Jail Laws are Applicable Only When You are Inside the Jail

Jail laws are in force only when one is inside the jail, or if one is not there of his/her own free WILL. In both cases, one needs to scale those high walls and jump on the other side, internally at least.
