it hit me today

just now

i don't want to lose you

i know your upset with me

i can't help how i act

under control of intoxication

you couldn't look me in the eyes

this morning

when you dropped me off at home

nothing happened

i'm with you

not with him

i trust him in a brotherly way

he looks out for me

when i can't look out for myself

but your my boyfriend

jealousy is an awful thing

no reason to be envious

i'm yours

why would i have waited this long

just to throw you out the door?

Author's Note: i've loved mike since like 1st grade and i finally got him, and now i don't know. it seems like he couldn't care. though every one of our friends keeps telling me how much he's talking about me.
