| As the title might suggest, an assortment of poems written during the 1990s, that never made it into other chronological or theme collections. Assembled between 1998 and 1999, it includes new poems written during that time frame. Like Assorted Candies, this manuscript utilizes a loose theme, providing snippets of my personality and life. Several of the poems, including the title piece, deal with poetry itself. It opens with the poem Alien, the way I see myself sometimes, but more so when I was younger, and still trying to find my place in the world.
