The Journal of Delilah Coyne

wandering through pathetic

When your online here at pathetic, how do you look at the poetry posted here? I'll find myself reading a poem that was posted years ago that no one has commented on in years and I'll post a new comment. I'll read the POTD and then look at the poet's library or favorites and click on random commentor's names and read their poetry and look at their favorites. And I love it when I come across a poem that I think is exceptionally beautiful or clever or poignant and no one else has commented. I feel like I get to be the first person to acknowledge their unique creativity.

I love this place.

Great question, you should post that as a forum topic even. I typically will wander into someones library after reading their POTD. Also, if I see a name pop up in several peoples' favorites, I'll end up spending a lot of time in that person's library. And I love your swashbuckling method of looking for peoples' older posts. In fact, I think you did that to me recently. Good topic, Delilah.
