Sunny days

I woke today to the sun streaming through the windows, and that always serves to start my day on a positive note. Warmth is a good thing when you live with pain; in bad weather, the cold insinuates itself into my joints and muscles, and sets up camp, making me even more stiff and painful. When the sun shines, it too creeps into my body, makes me feel alive, vital, and aching - not in pain, but with the desire to go, and do, and see, and play. On sunny days, I feel as if I could do anything.
