We are the things that aren't here anymore.



We are cold palms

and blue fingers,

we are the winter.



We are all the good things about us

that I can't seem to remember anymore.

Or maybe, it's that I've chosen to forget.



We are harsh words and failure.

We hug with no warmth, we live our hollowed love,

and we do it so well.



We are early morning goodbyes.

We are;



"Love, I love you.

But our love has died."
